Any ideas on how to get these bricks out of our family room? We won't be REALLY starting on it for a few more days, but we did a little bit just to get an idea of what we were getting into. Wow! There's got to be an easier way! Lamar has his drill and saw ready with special blades and bits. We have a a crow bar and chisels. Are we doing this right or are we headed for lots of frustration? PLEASE let us know if you have any ideas!
A jack hammer works really well. I used one in a house in France and we were trying to loosen concrete bricks from a floor. It was seriously one of the coolest moments in my life. Unfortunately it probably wouldn't work so well with a wood subfloor. Have fun.
